Terms & Conditions – Subscription Services

1. Subscription Agreement

By enrolling in any Crystals Consulting Firm subscription tier, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are processed automatically via Shopify.
  • All fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.
  • Services already rendered remain payable in full.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings.
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

5. Scope of Services

  • Crystals Consulting Firm provides consulting, coaching, and educational support only.
  • We do not provide legal representation, licensing approvals, or guarantee compliance outcomes.
  • Final responsibility for licensing, staffing, and compliance rests with the child care owner.

6. Confidentiality

All shared information is treated as confidential. Clients agree not to share proprietary materials, strategies, or resources provided by Crystals Consulting Firm.

7. Termination

Crystals Consulting Firm reserves the right to terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
  • Misuse of resources or materials
